Located on a generous one-acre lot, this impressive Myrtle Beach home has it all!

As you step inside, find yourself instantly captivated by the home's warm Australian cypress floor and walls, plush furnishings, and cavernous layout. The heart of the home, the 20 ft stone fireplace is composed of rustic heart pine. Sit around its warmth while visiting with your adored ones or while catching up on your favorite show. Steps away, the enormous kitchen features bespoke cabinets, granite countertops, a huge pantry, and a gas stove. When it's time to eat, your culinary creations can be appreciated with ease at the sprawling, formal dining table.

Additionally, on the first floor, you'll find three generously sized bedrooms, including the extravagant primary suite. Your own haven of tranquility and peaceful, the primary suite has two walk-in closets and an en suite bathroom with a bespoke-tiled shower, whirlpool tub, and double vanity. Follow the antique pine staircase to the upper level of the home where you'll be pleased to find two additional en suite bedrooms. The perks don't end there! Additional interior perks include a Pack-N-Play, a separate washer/dryer, kids's items, and central air-conditioning.

During your stay, you will also have access to a two-car detached garage, featuring a half-bath and an HVAC-equipped additional room.

A true entertainer's heaven - the private yard comes entirely equipped with an outdoor kitchen complete with a TV, a gas firepit, a turquoise pool, and a spa. (You can heat the spa for an added fee.) You will hardly want to leave this space, but when you do, check out the Arrowhead Country Club, Myrtle Beach State Park Pier, Broadway at the Beach, and the Skywheel Myrtle Beach.

Our top Myrtle Beach vacation rental booking tips:

Cost saving strategies:

  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
  • Look for your local Myrtle Beach area magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local articles, visitor guide magazines have discounts for local restaurants, attractions, and tours.

How to choose the best vacation rental:

  • Choose a designated group leader, choose your dates, and choose a maximum budget.
  • Note the number beds and the bed configuration your group requires. Palm & Gem
  • Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts is usually accessible on booking pages. If they are not listed, contact the property management company before reserving the rental. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches. You'll need to work out which bed configuration is suitable for your vacation group.
  • Some rentals allow pets, but others do not. Acceptable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask the property management company about your furry family members before booking.
  • Is your group looking for specific amenities? Most rental websites include search filters for amenities.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Make certain to ask about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.

Additional considerations:

  • Add the property manager's information to your phone. Print and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, elevator or thermostat. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents lots of difficulties.
  • Protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the property when you are away, just like you would back home.
  • To ensure that damages are not attributed to your family's stay, inspect for any problem areas upon check in. Get in touch with the rental manager immediately to relay any issues. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be valuable.
  • Be a good neighbor. Often times, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Upon check-out, complete a walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a terrific stay? Many rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
