Our property at Pelican's Watch is a three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit. It is located on the third floor of a three story building. It is an end unit. It has been extensively remodeled. In 2023 we installed new luxury laminate floor throughout the unit - even in the bedrooms!! We have five flat screen T.V.s ; one in the living room and one in each of the 3 BR's and one on the porch. Three TVs have cable through the Charter Spectrum App. The master had a charter cable box. The other two are intelligent TV's and you can access multiple apps to view content, i.e. Netflix, Paramount, Peacock, ESPN, etc. The unit is equipped with Wifi so the kids can use their devices. The kitchen has a tile backsplash with under cabinet lighting and all new stainless appliances. The kitchen is very well supplied with just about anything you would need for preparing your food. You will be able to appreciate your morning coffee by using the Keurig or coffee maker if you prefer.. All the bedrooms are equipped with queen sized beds( new beds 2024). Additional queen air bed available. In the utility room we have supplied beach chairs, a beach umbrella and new added this year, Jeep themed corn hole boards. There are beach toys for the kids. All the towels and linens are included. Our building has an oceanfront pool and an elevator. It is located in the very center of shopping, golf and Restaurant Row. You can get to the grocery store, the outlets and many eateries without ever getting on highway 17 which can be rather congested in the summer. It is the ideal location for a family vacation. Location location location. Professionally cleaned every week.

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is near theme parks and on the beach.
