Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Waves, Grandiose Prix racing, Wax Museum, mini golf, tons of eateries and activities are all within a 5 min. drive.
Also close to some of the best golfing courses in Myrtle Beach.

Cute living space with comfortable and inviting beach decor. Clean and very comfortable. Living room has a enormous intelligent TV, cabinet with tons of reading material and games, and is very open and roomy.
Master bedroom has a King bed with super cozy bed, cute beachy decor, intelligent TV, walk in closet and private full bath.
Second bedroom has two twin beds, A work desk with monitor, Surfs up decor and an attached full bathroom that’s also accessible from the living room.
Cavernous first floor balcony, open to fresh cut grass, manicured lawns and the pool. The pool so close! It's right by the balcony.
No one likes to lug a bunch of beach supplies or buy them, only to have to leave them behind when you fly home. I supply all your, high-quality, beach needs.
* 4 beach chairs, umbrella, anchor, cooler, 2 body boards, beach mat, beach towels and a few other beach items are supplied for your use.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is completely equipped with all the tools and equipment.
I provide paper towels, dish soap, dish sponge, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, cleaning supplies and rags.
I’ve also included some basic cooking essentials like spices, spray oil, flour and other modest items to make cooking more convenient.
Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and toilet paper in the bathroom.
For your safety a fire extinguisher is found under the kitchen sink.
Also supplied: first aid kit, flashlight, scissors and hand sanitizer.

You will notice a Ring doorbell on the door. It has a working camera and is there for safety. There are no other cameras in the condo.
THERE IS A STICK ON THE PATIO DOOR.
It’s just for security. the door won’t open unless you remove the stick.

Streaming apps have been downloaded on TVs but you'll need to log into your own account.
Kitchen:
Pool Access:
In the welcome basket is a red pool chip on a red lanyard. Please make sure to return chip to avoid costs.
How to use Washer:
Open lid and place clothes in washer
Place one or two laundry pods in washer (We provide multiple pods for your stay)
Close the lid and choose cycle. Once the cycle started, the washer cannot be opened until finished.
*pet items may not be washed
How to use Dryer:
Place Clothes into dryer from washer
Double check the lint tray is clean.
Dryer sheets are also available if you choose
Close door and a choose cycle
Press the start moment and dryer will immediately start
Garbage:
I have left numerous garbage bags for your use. Garbage bins are located downstairs on the right side of the building.
Beach items:
Located in the patio closet, I've supplied many beach items for your enjoyment. Please remove sand before returning items to the condo. To avoid being fined, return all items back to condo. I understand modest toys could get damaged or lost at the beach or pool.
$100 replacement fee if pool fob is lost
AT CHECK OUT:
1. Place used towels in a pile
2. All dishes should be washed or placed in dishwasher. Please run the dishwasher before leaving.
3. Remove all open food from refrigerator
*It's a shame to waste, so if you have unopened items you don't want to take, you may leave them for the guest
4. Throw out all trash
Double check that the door is closed and locked when departing.
