This NEW striking modernized oceanfront condo is on the 4th floor overlooking the pool and ocean. It's managed and cleaned by the owner so it is the ideal home away from home. As an additional cleaning precaution for guests and myself, I have invested in an ozone generator, which I run after each guest to clean and disinfect the air.
Sand Dunes Resort is located on the north end of Myrtle Beach in the Golden Mile area.
It is located in with handsome condos and multi million dollar homes.
THE SPACE
The condo has a keyless entry door lock which means you don't have to stand in line at the front desk to check in. Pass the desk to the elevators and head straight to your room.
The unit has a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, full size microwave and a full size sink. It also has a toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods, sugar, creamer, dishes, storage bowls and silverware.
NOTE IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This condo does not have an oven or cooktop. Has a rain shower but does not have a bathtub.
We provide bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bed linens and blankets. You will find plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and hand soap. We also furnish shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, individual makeup wipes and a few other items you may have forgotten.

Tips and Tricks to get the very best vacation rental experience:
Sticking to a budget:
- Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Summertime is the most expensive season along the coast of SC. Book your vacation in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
- Some hosts offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your group.
- Property managers usually offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
- Many management companies supply Myrtle Beach area travel guide magazines which often include coupons, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Choosing the perfect vacation rental in Myrtle Beach:
- Begin by choosing your potential vacation weeks and a max budget.
- Decide how many beds and the bed configuration your family requires. Sand Dunes Resort-Unique& Beautiful Remodeled Oceanfront Studio-Indoor Pool Spa\n has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is commonly accessible online. If not, call the property owner before you book the vacation property. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds in living rooms.
- If your family is traveling with pets, you must book a rental that allows animals. Ask for specifics on breed, size, and type requirements. Some property managers charge pet deposits and fees.
- Does your family require specific amenities? Most websites include amenity lists and search filters. Use these filters to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
- Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking
Tips for a smooth stay:
- Store the host's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Hosts are there to help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Ensure you protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the property when you are out, just like you would back home.
- During check-in, record any damages to the rental property and immediately contact the host. Keep records of all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome vacationers disrupting your peace. Apply the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and places you would've never otherwise known!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at check-out. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your family have a wonderful vacation? Most rental websites make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
