The Space:
Looking to get away from it all and appreciate some relaxation? This is the ideal place for a couples getaway or a modest family vacation! All the amenities of home but with spectacular vistas off the direct oceanfront private balcony. This completely modernized oceanfront luxury studio is located at the North end of the "Golden Mile" - close enough to walk to local eateries and attractions without being in the thick of the hordes.

This 7th floor King Suite at the Sand Dunes Resort features handsome oceanfront vistas. Entirely furnished with a king bed, upsized chair that pulls out to a twin bed, sizable dresser and closet for storage, dining table and chairs, 55" Intelligent TV with basic cable, complimentary wifi, private bathroom with tub/shower and vanity, and a completely functioning kitchen. In addition to the beautiful, modern updates inside, this condo has its own private balcony with table and chairs from which past guests have appreciated spotting dolphins and watching impressive sunrises!

The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, full size microwave, and kitchen sink. The kitchen is entirely supplied with basic cookware, silverware, dishes and cups, and everything you may need to whip something up! A Keurig coffee maker is also supplied so you can savor your favorite brew while you watch the sunrise. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of fantastic dining options within a short drive or by foot. Of course, many eateries offer delivery as well.

All suites managed by StayMareni have code locks on the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at any front-desk lobby. All access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in just prior to your 4PM check-in (or earlier check-in time, if arranged).

Please note that items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not supplied by us but can typically be rented from a variety of vendors at the beach, subject to seasonality.

ADDITIONAL FEES: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional costs are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.

Please, please, please check-out at your arranged check-out time. Late check-outs are very disruptive to our cleaning, inspection, and office teams and often inconvenience our next incoming guests. All violators will be charged an unauthorized late check-out fee of $100.

NON SMOKING: The Boardwalk Resort is a smoke-complimentary / tobacco-complimentary Myrtle Beach resort experience. This includes all rooms, balconies, and common areas. As a courtesy to other guests and to maintain a healthy and clean environment, the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is PROHIBITED. If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or your balcony, you will be charged a minimum of a $250 fee to cover our cleaning costs. If discovered, a violation of this policy will result in your immediate eviction. This policy is taken seriously and is STRICTLY ENFORCED.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by individual hosts (please treat our properties with respect), all questions or requests must be made by contacting us as we are providing guest services. Any front desks operating in, or near, these locations will not have your information and will be unable to assist you with your stay or questions you may have.

We've streamlined your check-in process with self-check-in instructions for your convenience. All suites managed by StayMareni have code locks for the doors, so there is no need to spend your time waiting to check-in at any front-desk. All access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm. Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will already be waiting for you in your suite.**Free onsite parking. One bedroom units will receive 1 parking pass and pool bands.

Please note our pre-check-in policy. Failure to sign our check-in form and provide a valid government-issued ID by 3 PM on the day of check-in will result in the inability to check in that day. However, guests may reschedule their check-in for the next available day between 10 AM and 3 PM upon compliance with our pre-check-in rules.
