Stunning vistas of the ocean from the private balcony.  Watch the sunrise from your balcony and the sunset while sitting in the sand on the marsh side or in your lounge chair at the pool.  Walking distance to bars, eateries, stores and the famed Ocean Annie’s!  Just a short drive from Walmart, Kroger, Tanger Outlets and many eateries.

Bedroom 1: NEW king bed with enormous windows facing the ocean and access to the balcony
Bedroom 2: Bunk beds – upper bunk is a twin bed and the lower bunk is a full bed.  And a separate twin bed.
Living room: Sleeper couch, 2 bucket seats, impressive view of the ocean!
 
Conveniences: Outdoor & indoor pools, hot tub, exercise center, tennis court, pickle ball court, and basketball court.
 
Kitchen: Entirely equipped, cooking basics, drip coffee maker, dishware/flatware, toaster, intelligent oven.
 
Indoor living:  Living room has a new 55” intelligent tv.  Bedroom 1 has a Roku tv.  Bedroom 2 has a tv with roku as well.
 
General: Linens/towels, in unit washer/dryer, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, keyless entry, beach towels, beach chairs, pack n play
 
Guest access: Intelligent lock on condo and guest(s) will be sent a 4 digit code before your arrival for the duration of your stay.  Two parking passes will be supplied.

We provide a starter pack of toiletries and a set of towels per guest. For a short stay this may suffice. We recommend you pack or buy additional items as needed.

Please note:
-The unit is managed off-site; therefore, all linens will need to stay in the unit. There will be no mid-stay housekeeping. If you would like housekeeping during your stay, that can be arranged for an additional fee.
- We provide a starter pack of toiletries only, and at least one set of towels per guest but you may want to pack extras.
-We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, temporary utility outages, etc.
-If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive later, or cancel your stay.
