Oceanside Sunrise is on the first floor. Only one modest set of stairs and no need for elevators.

**Each car will be required to pay a $20 gate fee at the time of check-in. ** Limit of two (2) cars.

For your time indoors, the condo has just newly been remodeled and re-decorated.
The living area offers a family sitting area, dining space, SmartTV, and the couch converts to a sleeper couch.
The kitchen has all the appliances of the home including both a coffeemaker and a Keurig.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a wall-mounted SmartTV.
The open hallway has a constructed-in sleeping area with twin bunk beds.

The Popularity of The Myrtle Beach Resort during biker weeks has necessitated the implementation of a few policies created to accommodate our guests more comfortably.
Motorized cars are limited to two (per) per unit.
Trailer size is limited to 18 feet. Should you be utilizing a bigger trailer, please make arrangements for off-site parking.
Recreational cars and commercial trucks and buses can no longer be accommodated.
A. Recreational cars are defined as pull-behind or self-propelled campers that provide living space. There's simply no room during these busy weeks.
B. A commercial truck is defined as anything other than the standard sport utility car or pickup truck whose primary usage is transporting passengers.
C. Busses include any car that provides seating for more than eight or whose utility is more closely related to a self-propelled car with living space.
Parking charges for each motorcycle are complimentary and each trailer is $100.00.
