The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 9th floor, direct oceanfront, 1-bedroom condo located at Beach Colony Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This condo is entirely furnished with 2 queen sized beds, a sleeper couch, and will comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

Upon arrival, guests will enter into a hallway. Unlike many 1-bedroom units, you do not have to walk through the bedroom to get in and out of the condo! Directly to the right of the main entrance is the bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, double vanity, two mirrors, and toilet.
Continuing down the hallway just past the bathroom is the bedroom. The bedroom features 2 queen beds, closet and huge dresser for storage, nightstand between the beds, flat screen TV, shutter-style windows that open into the living area providing natural light, and a double bedroom door for privacy.

Entering into the main living space, guests will find the most calming part of the entire condo! The living room is open and cavernous and features countless vistas of the ocean. The 9th floor offers such great vistas. The living room offers a modest dining table and chairs, a couch that converts to a bed, accent chair, coffee table, wall mounted flat screen TV, and access to the private, oceanfront balcony with new patio furnishings.

The kitchen area is located in the living area as well. The kitchen features full-size appliances, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, mounted microwave, plentiful cabinet space for storage, kitchen sink, and so much more. We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, cooking silverware, and much more! For guests who prefer to dine out, there are numerous eateries within a short walk or ride of Beach Colony. In addition, UberEats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very fashionable food delivery options.

Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 bath towels, 8 washcloths, soap shampoo, lotion, conditioner, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

Our guests will have access to numerous amenities at the resort. To start, you will be able to savor multiple outdoor pools, an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and an outdoor lazy river. Guests will also have access to an exercise room, laundry facilities, arcade, racquetball court, complimentary wireless internet, complimentary parking, and complimentary beach access. Beach Colony is a PRIME location along the Golden Mile of Myrtle Beach. The resort is also in close proximity to Broadway at the Beach, convention center, and just a short drive to the Boardwalk and SkyWheel. Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is on the beach. Broadway at the Beach and Coastal Grand Mall are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Ripley's Aquarium and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach.
