Located just one block and a short walk from the beach, Our Ocean View Towers condo, 1G, is a prime location, close to Myrtle Beach's attractions! Just one block from the beach, and tucked away from the heavy hustle and bustle, Ocean View Towers is a very well maintained. This unit is ground floor but completely private and safe, making it very convenient and accessible. Parking onsite for one (1) car with additional parking on street.
Ocean View Towers 1G is located on the north end of Myrtle Beach in a peaceful area but still near all that Myrtle Beach has to offer.
There is 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms that are very cavernous with walk-in closets. The full kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops and has plenty of cabinets and counter space. It has been newly painted and has new floor in the living room and bedrooms.
Outside is a patio with cozy patio furnishings, sit out there and savor the privacy that the mature shrubs provide...and then, walk one block to our iconic Grandiose Strand beach! Eateries too!
