Summary:
Spotless and modern 4 Bedroom / 4 Bath home centrally located off 48th street in really the best spot in Myrtle Beach. Right next to 18-hole championship golf course, Myrtlewood Golf club and a short 5 min. drive from Broadway at the Beach, Aquarium, Mall and beach access.

The Space:
Constructed in 2017, The Teal House is freshly refreshed (Feb 2023) with all new furnishings, floor, paint and amenities. With a well appointed kitchen overlooking the family room, we've tried to make our 1900 sq. ft. home as comfortable as possible with fast wifi, intelligent TVs and Devices and plenty of places to lounge.

Each bedroom has upsized beds (XL King, Queens and XL twin beds in the bunk room) with hygienic covering on all beds and pillows. We've placed Marpac Dome noise makers and intelligent speakers and clocks for the ultimate sleeping-in mornings.

The home is equipped with Nest thermostats, intelligent locks for both the front door and the garage, and a good amount of parking (though the Cloisters parking is a bit tight). See the getting around section for more info.

There is a back patio with gas grille and fire pit to savor the phenomenal S.C. weather.

Guest Access:
You'll have full access to the entire home. Parking pads are first come first serve but we installed a 29' pad right next to the home for your use. See the"getting around" section for more on parking. . No parking in front of the mailboxes or you will be fined and towed. NO TRAILERS, BOX TRUCKS OR RVS ACCEPTED. You must be on property as a guest and not renting out our home to others.

The Neighborhood:
One of the best locations in Myrtle Beach, The Teal House at Myrtlewood is right next to 36 Holes of championship golf course, Myrtlewood Golf Club and short drive from the ocean. Staying at the Teal House also puts guests within close proximity to all of the hottest attractions along the Grandiose Strand, including Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand Mall, and much more!

Getting Around:
Our home is located in the super-convenient and centrally located Cloisters at Myrtlewood in Myrtle Beach. Right next to Myrtlewood Golf Club and just a short drive from the beach, Boardwalk at the Beach and many other attractions.

Parking at the Cloisters can be a bit tight especially in the high season (April - August). We have a single car garage and a 29' parking pad next to the home for your use. There is also street parking in front of the home as long as you have two wheels off the street (just slightly on the flat curb).

Parking is also first come first serve, so if you see an UNMARKED parking pad, you are welcome to park in it. There is a parking pad directly across from the home too that is also available for parking if unmarked and open. No parking in front of the mailboxes or you will be fined and towed. NO TRAILERS OR RVS ACCEPTED.

We take cleaning our home seriously. Please note that our home undergoes professional cleaning and sanitation, utilizing a disinfectant that is properly rated for COVID-19, as outlined by the World Health Organization.

Our office hours are 8am - 10pm ET so if we're a bit slow to answer during off hours please understand. We'll do everything we can to answer your inquiries as quickly as possible.

This vacation home is located in Myrtle Beach. Broadway at the Beach and Coastal Grand Mall are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Ripley's Aquarium and Family Kingdom Amusement Park.
