-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

The Neighborhood:

Our villa at Ocean Creek is less than 50 yards from one of seven outdoor pools, and just a few yards further to the tennis courts.  There is an indoor pool with hottub open year-round as well, along with a tram that runs April-October from 10am to 10pm daily around the resort with a stop next to the pool.  It is an simple 3 min. walk (0.2 miles) to the beach and to having your toes in the majestic Atlantic!   If you`re hungry, you can walk to Cracker Barrel, McDonald`s, Nacho Hippo, and Hamburger Joe`s with ease.  Barefoot Landing is just across the street with a traffic light and crosswalk as well for endless shopping, waterfront dining, live entertainment, and more!  Visit our all-new home and appreciate paradise at its best!

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an additional nighttime to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is in the city center and near the beach.
