********THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES ARE PROHIBITED AND WILL RESULT IN A CLAIM OF $125 ON AIRCOVER:

- Smoking: NO SMOKING allowed inside the condo of any type, this includes Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Vaping, Marijuana, etc. THIS ALSO INCLUDES ON THE BALCONY.

- Family Animals: NO FAMILY PETS are allowed in the resort or condo, this is an HOA regulation and is stringently enforced.

- No motorcycle, trailer, and/or golf carts allowed.

- Events/Sizable groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each nighttime. Generous events or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification - WITH ZERO REFUNDS.

Please remember this is a PRIVATELY-owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.

Absolutely NO early check-in. Our cleaning crew comes between 2-4pm, so we utilize an automated system that sends your check-in details AT 4pm. We have to have time to prepare the property for you!

Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 7:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all of the neighbors & The Property Rules.

The Cleaning Fee includes both the exit cleaning fee and the towels and linens for all beds, which will be made prior to your arrival (sleeper couch linens available in unit).

Daily maid service is NOT supplied in this rental. The basic linen package includes comforters, sheets, and pillowcases for all beds. As part of the linen package, you get all bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels. As with linens, a third-event company that is providing this service and not part of Stratus Properties.

Please also keep in mind that this unit is being rented similar to a rental home - you will need to purchase or bring your own toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, shampoos, etc, as any of these that may be included at the beginning of your stay by the cleaning company, they are only starters.
