- No family pets allowed (sorry!)
- Free 4-seater golf cart supplied (must be 25+ to operate) *Additionally, if you plan to use the golf cart, I will need a copy of the photo ID for each adult who will be driving it*

No events
The person who reserves the home, must be staying at the home during the entire reservation.
Must be at least 25 years old to reserve the home
No trailers, motorbikes, RVs or commercial cars allowed on site.
Contract agreement form must be finished within 48 hours after reserving.
Guest must upload current/valid drivers license of each adult guest.
Pre-submitted guest list is required on agreement form. If the agreement form is not finished correctly within 48 hours after you make the reservation, the reservation may be canceled. If the reservation is canceled because the agreement form is not finished correctly, or if the home rules are not followed prior or during the reservation, No refund will be issued.

Linen service is included, guest will make beds upon your arrival.

- Peak Season:Weekly units (Saturday-Saturday)

Parking:
Ocean Lakes charges $15/day per car for parking.
Express check-in available for $12/day per car if paid at least 14 days before arrival.
Parking passes are mailed in advance for seamless check-in.

To ensure a seamless entry into Ocean Lakes, I will need the following information:
Your e-mail address, which is required for them to send you access to obtain a car tag.
The make, model, and tag number of the car you will be using to enter Ocean Lakes. This information must be submitted through the portal for processing.

All renters are required to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver in lieu of a returnable damage deposit.
Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an e-mail with instructions for paying your deposit to hold your reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received.
