Contract agreement form must be finished within 48 hours after reserving.
Guest must upload current/valid drivers license of each adult guest.
Pre-submitted guest list is required on agreement form. If the agreement form is not finished correctly within 48 hours after you make the reservation, the reservation may be canceled. If the reservation is canceled because the agreement form is not finished correctly, or if the home rules are not followed prior or during the reservation, No refund will be issued.
Linen service is supplied, guest will make beds upon your arrival.

The make, model, and tag number of the car you will be using to enter Ocean Lakes. This information must be submitted through the portal for processing.
All renters are required to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver in lieu of a returnable damage deposit.
Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an e-mail with instructions for paying your deposit to hold your reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received.
