When to visit & When to book:

• June, July, and August are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To find the largest vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Myrtle Beach attractions and restaurants.
• Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your family qualifies for a price reduction.

• Walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
• After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on great feedback to propel future bookings. They'll be grateful for your review.
