Cabana Palms is a true 1 BR oceanfront condo residing in the historic Cabana District within Millionaire Row. This resort occupies the grounds of former Ocean Forest Hotel, circa 1928. While the hotel no longer remains, guests can take a trip back in time as they drive through the original tree lined roundabout which terminates at Pine Lakes Country Club, "The Granddaddy". This is the closest oceanfront condo to the club. Staying at this property affords guests the option to avoid the hustle and bustle of downtown. The boardwalk is a fast 3.6 mile drive south on Ocean Blvd. This unique property is also located near the thriving high end eateries of the Grandiose Dunes area. If you seek a more casual bite, Buckets Oceanfront Grille is just a block away.

3) 6 Level Parking deck with use of the White Parking Pass - May be accessed by driving under Lobby Entrance. I will caution that the turns are rather tight, but have seen medium SUVs parked in this lot.

Finding the best Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:
When to book & When to go:
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked very early. Booking your rental up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Myrtle Beach area. To find the best value, try changing your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer excellent temperatures, , and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- Hosts sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your group.
- Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitors guides contain coupons for local shops and restaurants.
Use filters to search efficiently:
- Select your vacation dates and budget.
- Determine how many beds and the bed configuration your family needs. Cabana Palms - Oceanfront Renovated King Bed Sauna has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach vacation rental search.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is commonly available on booking websites. Otherwise, reach out to the property manager before you book the vacation home. Remember that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds and bunks.
- Some properties allow pets, but some do not. Acceptable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added costs may apply. Ask your host about pet restrictions before booking.
- If there's an individual Myrtle Beach attraction you are crazy about, browse properties that are either near by, or those that cater to your requirements.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Make certain to ask about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
Additional considerations:
- Be sure you get the property manager's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental home.
- Property managers are available to help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are out, just like you would back home.
- To ensure that damages aren't attributed to your family's stay, make a record of any problem areas when you arrive. message the property manager right away to relay any damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be helpful.
- Respect the neighborhood. Frequently, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Upon check-out, complete a final walk-through to make sure you didn't leave anything behind. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did your group have a great vacation? Most rental websites make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your property and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
