The community has a number of walking and cycling trails around a series of modest lakes and ponds and the ocean. Cumberland Terrace is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with striking landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10-15 min. walk to the beach.
