Guests will enjoy the convenience of being able to wash and dry their clothes without having to leave the condo with the stackable washer & dryer. If bulk laundry is needed, the Sand Dunes also offers a very enormous coin-operated laundromat in the oceanfront building.

All bath towels, linens, and linens are included. We also provide starter amenities such as dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner for each reservation.

***The onsite water park between the building & Ocean Blvd. is privately owned & not accessible to our guests. Our guests have access to all of the standard water amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs that are located next to and behind the oceanfront building). And the best part-THE BEACH!

Other things to note:
-Minimum age for renters: 21
-This unit has a ring doorbell camera on front door recording 24/7 for security. Any tampering or obstruction of cameras is grounds for cancellation without refund, and is also cause for us to come to the property to correct any camera issues.
-No events allowed, security team on the premises. Myrtle Beach does have a noise ordinance from 11pm-7am.
-Guests should be advised that this is a non-smoking resort. Smoking of any kind is prohibited in the condo or on the balcony.
-Sand Dunes Resort does not allow motorbikes, trailers, boats, mopeds or family pets.
-Pest Control is scheduled on the 1st Wednesday of March, June, September and December (subject to change). Guests staying these days are required to allow access and may be asked to step out of the unit while they perform the service.
-This is a privately owned & operated condo, therefore guests WILL NOT have access to front desk or housekeeping services during your stay.
