This 1,365 square foot entirely furnished condo offers renters a bright, comfortable, and incredibly convenient place to call home in the heart of Myrtle Beach.
The condo is on the second floor of a well-maintained building with elevator access right by the front door. Step inside to find a roomy open-plan layout with plenty of natural light. The living room is set up for calming evenings, featuring a comfortable couch and loveseat, enormous intelligent TV, and vistas out to the pond and pool. Sliding glass doors lead to your own private balcony with a patio table, ideal for coffee or a peaceful moment outdoors. The closet on the balcony! Its got all the beach essentials, chairs, an umbrella, plus cozy towels for the beach and pool.
The kitchen is completely outfitted with everything you need for daily living: full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, and even two types of coffee makers. There's ample counter and cabinet space, plus a bar area with seating. Adjacent to the kitchen is a huge dining table, making it painless to gather for meals or work remotely in a bright, open space.
Just off the living area is the primary bedroom, which includes a queen-sized bed, intelligent TV, dresser, ceiling fan, sizable windows, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and double sinks. The second bedroom, located off the hallway past the kitchen, has a full/queen bed, intelligent TV, ceiling fan, and its own access to the guest bathroom with a standing shower. The third bedroom, located near the front entrance, features two twin beds, a intelligent TV, and more natural light.
Every bedroom includes a closet, dresser, intelligent TV, ceiling fan, and brand-new linens. The second bathroom also homes a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The condo has central A/C, a Ring door camera, and plenty of available parking. It's just under two miles from the beach and a fast drive to attractions like Broadway at the Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, and the SkyWheel. With 28 golf courses close by, including Myrtlewood Golf Club right next door, it's a great location for golfers as well.
Please keep in mind that this rental is privately owned and managed, and we have no affiliation with the resort staff, resort maintenance, or resort housekeeping.
