This 1,365 square foot completely furnished condo offers renters a bright, comfortable, and incredibly convenient place to call home in the heart of Myrtle Beach.

The condo is on the second floor of a well-maintained building with elevator access right by the front door. Step inside to find a roomy open-plan layout with plenty of natural light. The living room is set up for calming evenings, featuring a comfortable couch and loveseat, huge intelligent TV, and vistas out to the pond and pool. Sliding glass doors lead to your own private balcony with a patio table, ideal for coffee or a peaceful moment outdoors. The closet on the balcony! Its got all the beach essentials, chairs, an umbrella, plus comfortable towels for the beach and pool.

The kitchen is entirely outfitted with everything you need for daily living: full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, and even two types of coffee makers. There's ample counter and cabinet space, plus a bar area with seating. Adjacent to the kitchen is a enormous dining table, making it simple to gather for meals or work remotely in a bright, open space.
