The advertised apartment is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom ocean front condo which is clean and family friendly. The open, walk-in kitchen has all the basics; microwave, refrigerator, dish washer, electric stove top, coffee maker, blender, and oven, washer and dryer. It is next to the cavernous living room where you can sit and relax in front of the TV or step out onto the balcony. The living room has a comfortable couch which can sit at least 6 people. From the balcony you can see a clear view of the ocean. The balcony stretches the entire length of the condo and can be accessed through three sliding glass doors, one through the living room, one through the second master bedroom, and one through the third bedroom. There are two enormous master bedrooms each has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds which can comfortably sleep two people.

Our condo is located in North Hampton, a high rise building close to Hilton Hotel & Embassy Suites. It is a safe place for kids, adults, and retirees. The advertised property requires a key to enter the lobby where there is also an on-site security guard and video surveillance. There is an outdoor pool close to the beach. Located close by are also two luxury hotels where you can have a meal or just get a coffee at Starbucks.

Walmart, Tanger Outlet, and various other stores and eateries are located mins. away. Long term rental requests will be considered.
