It has a kitchenette with a new microwave and modest sink. It has been entirely supplied with new dishes, glassware, silverware, blender, toaster, Coffee Maker, electric tea kettle, and everything you need so that you will feel right at home. We have also supplied beach chairs with clip on umbrellas and a modest cooler so that you don't need to bring your own. We only ask that you please take care of them and return them to the room for the next guests. We recommend you bring beach towels. Bath towels included by the cleaners, and the pool towels supplied by the resort are NOT allowed to be taken to the beach.
This unit is just around the corner from the pool elevators, and since it has a view of the hot tub by the pool in front of the hotel, the ocean and the city, it has very interesting vistas. On clear days you can see North Myrtle Beach shining in the distance, and the pier is visible from this room. It is in a great location, and it is requested often.  It is very convenient not to have to walk to get to the indoor water activities, or outdoor pools, sauna, outdoor lazy river because this condo is right in front of the pool elevators for fast and simple access.

WE DO HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY, AND HOME RULES THAT WILL BE ENFORCED. We partner with an amazing local company, that does the professional cleaning/sanitation, linen/towel rental. There IS a cleaning fee, and they take photos before/after each clean and document damages/missing items.
We DO NOT (by law we are not allowed to) rent to locals. You MUST live at least outside Horry County, and be at LEAST 25 to book. ID and car information will be collected by our 3rd event, secure software Chekin for all guests over 18, and it is required before you will obtain parking passes and the door code.
Because we will be charged for repairs, missing items, trash takeout, dish washing, etc., we have to pass those costs along. PLEASE read the home rules so that you know about your stay.
We are available to help you navigate the huge resort at check in. You will NOT check in at the front desk! Skip the line and head straight towards your room. They CANNOT assist with any cleaning or maintenance requests. Please contact us.
Check in is between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. We are hosts, but also humans that require sleep, and we have the hours of 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. that we need to do administrative tasks and rest.

]The secure 3rd event software Chekin that we use will send you a request to complete your pre-check in 72, 48 and 24 hours (only once if it is finished). This will arrive prior to your check  in date/time. PLEASE complete the form as soon as you receive it, and if you have not received it 72 hours prior to your stay, please let us know. If you have any issues with filling in any of the information, please let us know. Completing this in advance helps you have a smooth check in.
We partner with a bags storage service where you can store your bags. Please ask us for the link and we will provide it. You can store your bags securely, change clothes in one of the clean bathrooms in the lobby, and head to the beach or other activities while you wait for your room to be ready. We work with a professional cleaning company that works on tight schedules and it is very disruptive to them for us to request early check in / late check out, so we have this option for guests arriving early, or wanting to spend some additional time in the area before departing!
Checkout is at 11:00. Guests are responsible for making sure ALL dishes are washed, and ALL trash is taken out.
TRASH may be placed in a tied bag, neatly, on the floor in the hallway in front of the room.
PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ANY LINENS OR TOWELS OUTSIDE THE ROOM. The onsite staff will take them, and we will be charged by the cleaners (they are RENTED).

PLEASE LET US KNOW IF SOMETHING IS BROKEN OR MISSING SO WE CAN FIX IT BEFORE THE NEXT GUEST ARRIVES!
PLEASE read the home rules for the costs that apply to missing items, damages, or non-compliance with home rules.
*** This is a NON SMOKING - NON VAPING UNIT. A $250 deep cleaning fee, and any costs for potentially having to move other guests that may be checking in the same day WILL be charged.
We want everybody to have a PERFECT stay, and don't want to have to charge anyone for anything, so PLEASE be sure you read the home rules.
We HIGHLY recommend taking out an inexpensive travel insurance policy (you can also check the credit card that you book with - most offer travel coverage for rental cars, lodging, etc. if you use their card to book your trip).
We can offer apps that can help guide you around Myrtle Beach, and that have significant savings on dining, attractions and shopping! You don't need to take a coupon book or pamphlet from the lobby if you have these two apps!

Tips and Tricks for getting the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation property experience:

Cost saving strategies:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.
  • Often, rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides which often include special offers, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a relationship between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

Use filters to search efficiently:

  • Begin by selecting vacation dates and a max budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your group needs. Landmark Resort Unit 1023 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rentals search.
  • Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is normally available online. Otherwise, call the host before booking the rental. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds and bunks. You'll need to establish what configuration is suitable for your trip.
  • Are you visiting for a specific attraction? Use a map search to find nearby properties.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
  • Some properties allow pets, but some don't. Acceptable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the owner about pet restrictions before booking.

Advice for a great stay:

  • Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Take a printed copy, and add a note with the directions to your phone.
  • At Check-in, record any damages to the rental property and immediately contact the host. Keep records of all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
  • Property managers are available to help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay more pleasurable. You will enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a great resource to find the best local spots.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are out, just like you would at home.
  • Double-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings at check-out. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your group have a wonderful stay? Many rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
