This cute beach home features 2 bedrooms ( 1 King Bed and 1 Queen Bed), 2 full bathrooms in each bedroom, front and back deck areas with seating, living room, sleeper couch, completely outfitted kitchen, stainless appliances, laundry with side by side washer and dryer, and enough linens to accommodate 6 guests comfortably. You'll appreciate the laminate wood floors throughout the entire home. This home is located on a peaceful street which offers added safety for you and your kids. Great for riding bicycles and playing ball. For your parking needs, you'll have your own private parking space. You must provide your own paper products, toiletries, kitchen condiments, soaps, and detergents. Linens will be supplied.

Ocean Lakes requires a $12 per day parking fee for each car if paid within 15 days of arrival (fee will be $15 per day is paid less than 15 days of arrival). This will need to be paid directly though Ocean Lakes before entering the campground.)

*We do not allow trailers to be stored at the beach home, they must be parked in the trailer storage area (additional costs do apply with Ocean Lakes)

The beach home comes with a complimentary golf cart (seats 4), complimentary Wi-Fi internet, intelligent tv's in every room with basic cable.

Due to personal liability, we DO NOT allow anyone under the age of 21 to drive the complementary golf cart under any circumstances!

We do NOT allow family pets or animals of any type. This is for allergy purposes and there are NO exceptions!

Summer: (Memorial Day through Labor Day) Saturday-Saturday units. 7 nighttime minimum. NO EXCEPTIONS during these dates!

Our property is under outdoor video surveillance 24/7 with 2 cameras on the property.

This is a family aligned home.
