  • June, July, and August are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To find the best value, consider changing your vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer excellent temperatures, , and greatly reduced traffic.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance. • Be a good neighbor. Often, nearby homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
