It is very near the South Gate and overflow/motorcycle parking tons. Savor watching the golf carts go by from the covered porch. You can quickly access all the outstanding park amenities on the supplied golf cart (rules apply for use). Secure your beach and fishing gear in the 2-car attached garage.

This rental includes complimentary use of golf cart, for use inside of Ocean Lakes property ONLY. All operators must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. Other terms & conditions apply, per your rental agreement.

Bed, bath, and kitchen linens are supplied in the cleaning fee.

Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per car, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.

There is parking for 4 standard cars at this site. If you have additional cars, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

A welcome packet containing information on obtaining parking passes will be emailed to you upon receipt of payment in full & 30 days prior to your arrival.

Infant items are available for rent during your stay. Infant gear rental registration will be included in your welcome packet.

Pre-arrival grocery delivery is available for an additional fee. Pre-arrival grocery delivery information will be supplied in your welcome packet.

Access information will be emailed at 3:45 PM on arrival date.

Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received

By proceeding with the rental of this property, you are confirming you are in agreement with the terms and conditions set forth in the Digital Rental Agreement and with the rental rules listed below.

All renters are required to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver in lieu of a returnable damage deposit.

House Rules:

Prices and costs are non-negotiable.

Renters must be at least 25 years old, and present during the rental period.

MAXIMUM occupancy is 12.

No smoking in the home.

No family pets allowed.

Fireworks are prohibited inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground.
