This 29th floor OCEAN FRONT PENTHOUSE is on top of the Margate Tower, which is best condo building on the Myrtle Beach Grandiose Strand. The 29th and 28th floors are both residential floors so there are no short term renters to deal with. Very private and calming hideaway in the sky! There are always many safe surface and garage parking spots available. The resort has gated security, a water park (with fee) eateries, and multiple pools to appreciate.
Located in the Kingston Plantation Resort in Myrtle Beach, this impressive refreshed condo features 3 bedrooms - 2 with king beds, 1 with a full size bunk bed (will sleep two adults per bed) and a trundle twin bed. The primary bathroom offers a sizable soaking tub and enormous striking walk-in tile shower. The guest bath is cavernous with a handsome tiled walk-in shower. Baths are modern, clean, and completely updated. The kitchen is entirely outfitted with all you will need and linens/towels are included. Included are amenities like WiFi, AC, ceiling fans and TVs in all rooms. There is a full size washer/dryer. But the finest conveniences is the balcony! Largest in the Margate Tower. There are two pools that are for the use of Margate Tower residents and tenants only. One of the pools is heated all year long.
Imagine waking up in the morning and having your breakfast on the HUGE (biggest in the building at 23' x 13") 29th floor balcony to the sound of the waves kissing the white sand below. You will savor the sunrise (if you are an early bird!) and the moon rise (definitely spectacular!) especially if you are staying during the full moon phase. You may then enjoy spending the day exploring all that this striking property and the local Grand Strand area has to offer. Many eateries, Barefoot Landing and Beach Stores, entertainment venues, and Tanger Outlet Mall are all mins. away. Of course, golf courses galore! Later, wind down from your busy day with drinks on the balcony while you sway gently on the balcony swing. Heavenly!
Here's the catch: As this condo is on the residential floor, you personally MUST lease the condo for AT LEAST a 30 nighttime stay. No exceptions! Sorry, those are the HOA rules. No family pets are allowed for units and there is NO SMOKING, either inside the CONDO or on the BALCONY. These rules are per the HOA. You will be evicted if you break these rules and will forfeit the balance of your remaining stay and your deposit. This is the very first time this unit is being offered for lease. If you choose to stay, I ask that you be respectful of the privacy and tranquility that my fellow residents enjoy and show them the same consideration.

Tips to get the best Myrtle Beach vacation property experience:
Getting the best rental home value:
- Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- To find the most suitable rental for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Myrtle Beach attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a special rate.
- Booking websites usually offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.
- Many rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guides that include special offers, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship with the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Filter your search:
- Start by selecting the best vacation week and a maximum budget.
- Note the number beds and the bed configuration your group needs. Oceanfront 29th floor PENTHOUSE in the best building on the Grand Strand! has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed types is generally accessible on booking websites. If not, call the property owner before you reserve the home. Remember that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds.
- If your family is bringing pets, filter your search for a pet-friendly property. Get information on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Note that some property owners charge pet deposits and fees.
- Are you visiting for a single event? Try a map search to locate nearby properties.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
Some things to know before you go:
- Put the host's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Hosts are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
- Protect the owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are away, just like you would at home.
- During arrival, note any issues with the rental property and immediately alert the property manager. Record all coorespondence.
- Be a good neighbor. Often, surrounding homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules is the right thing to do.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
- Double-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings at departure. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did your family have a terrific vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
