When arriving at the property you will have plenty of parking in our dedicated parking lot, and will have (2) parking passes waiting on you upstairs for your cars. Entering the condo you will be greeted by alluring beach décor, and a newly cleaned condo ready for memories to be made. Walk out onto your Ocean View balcony and savor the Atlantic Ocean seemingly right at your fingertips. Our favorite part is listening to live music without ever having to leave the balcony, front row seats is what we call it!

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
Each bedroom provides comfort and privacy, complete with Intelligent TVs and coastal-inspired decor. Each bed will be freshly made prior to your arrival, towels and wash cloths are supplied as well. Our home is made for families or groups looking to have room to relax and space to sneak away for the quieter moments as well.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or event will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furnishings cleaning.

All our properties are equipped with state-of-the-art intelligent TVs. Please note that we do not offer standard cable channels. However, guests can make the most of various streaming options available on these intelligent TVs. Ensure you have your streaming service credentials on hand if you wish to access specific platforms.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. We have a dedicated maintenance staff on-call for most hours of the day. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly.
