Kingston Plantation is a 145-acre private gated beachfront community. There are 23 acres of freshwater lakes surrounded by elegantly manicured grounds and you are located only steps to the beach, a 1/2-mile of wide, white sand beaches! 12 pools (one dedicated to each group of condos/villas), a brand new Spa and on-site eateries for your enjoyment. We have many options for rental in Kingston Plantation. Right on property is an Embassy Suites Resort, guests are more than welcome to appreciate Starbucks or the freshly finished Black Drum Brewery. A short walk to the brewery with indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating welcomes you with many fire pits to grab a drink to relax, along with a enormous patio for your enjoyment. Indoor or outdoor whatever you enjoy, accepts for a gorgeous view of the ocean.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Booking your rental up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.

• Double-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition.
