We are 5 mins. from Tanger outlets and a short 15 min. drive to Broadway or Barefoot Landing.

The Royale Palms high-rise is located at Kingston Shores; a sister property of Kingston Plantation...Myrtle Beach's Premier 145-acre, oceanfront resort! Royale Palms is Kingston's newest building which was constructed in 2007! The Royale Palms conjoins to the esteemed Hilton Hotel! While staying in our condo...our guests can access the gift shop in the lobby of the Hilton Hotel, Cafe' Amalfi, The Royale Day Spa (for an additional fee)...and the "owners' pool" at the Royale Palms. (*Please note that our guests do NOT have access to the on-site Splash! Waterpark, pools/pool decks at the Hilton Hotel...as these amenities are available ONLY to guests who rent directly through the on-site rental program/Hilton Worldwide. Thank you for your understanding!) Our guests can access Kingston Plantation's on-site Sport & Health Club for an additional fee. Fees begin as low as $10.00 per day, per person and are paid directly to the Sport & Health Club at the time of use.

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is near theme parks and on the beach. Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Myrtle Beach Beaches and North Myrtle Beach Beaches. Ripley's Aquarium and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach are not to be missed. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Tips and Tricks to get the best Myrtle Beach rental experience:

Finding your best deal:

  • The earlier you can book, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental property up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Summertime is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To get the best value, shift your vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer great weather, , and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
  • Look for your local Myrtle Beach area magazine when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guides have money saving offers on local tours, shops, and attractions.

  • To ensure that no damages are linked to your stay, record any problem areas upon check in. Call the property manager right away to relay any issues. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be valuable.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable vacationers disrupting your peace. Apply the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and places you would have not otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • On check-out day, take a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did you have a terrific time? Most rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
