Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire condo, including the screened balcony, along with access to the community amenities.

Please note this is a third-floor unit accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator.

Important Information

• Sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 queen beds w/ an additional air bed and portable crib/pack & paly
• Guest must provide own linens for air bed and portable crib/pack & play
• Self check-in for your convenience
• Fresh linens and bath towels are supplied
• Starter toiletries are supplied
• Washer and dryer available (please bring your preferred laundry detergent)
• Please bring beach towels for pool and beach use

To comply with local requirements, guests complete a secure online registration before arrival through our Happy Guest portal. As part of registration, guests may choose either:

• A entirely returnable $1,000 security authorization (this is a temporary authorization—not a charge), or
• An optional non-returnable damage waiver for $49 for stays up to 10 nights (plus $3 per additional nighttime thereafter).

Happy Guest also provides your digital guidebook, check-in instructions, home information, and local recommendations—all through a secure website with no app required.

Parking & Community Rules

The Fairways at River Oaks does not permit trailers, motorbikes, buses, motor homes, or watercraft to be parked on the property.

While we work hard to provide an exceptional stay, community amenities such as the pool, hot tub, parking areas, and grounds are maintained by the homeowners' association and are subject to availability.
