Baxter Bungalow is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath newly refreshed ground level home that is located in the Holiday Inn section of Ocean Lakes Family Campground, lot #1160 on Neptune Drive. The home is a solid ground level home that is not a camper addition. It has wood floors throughout and freshly installed vinyl plank floors in the bathrooms as well as new windows. Each bedroom features 32" flat screen SMART TVs with Cable. The first and second bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds and the third bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds, ideal for kids. Weekly units include a linen package which includes sheets, bath towels, washcloths, bath mats, kitchen towels and dish cloths. For units less than 7 nights, you will need to bring your own sheets, towels, wash cloths, and paper products. There is a full kitchen, with a newly installed granite countertop, complete with all of your basic kitchen supplies including a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and a George Foreman. Free coffee, filters, and creamer are also supplied along with the basic cooking spices. The bathrooms are both shower/tub combos. The living room also has a 50" flat screen SMART TV with a enormous sectional couch. High Speed internet is also included.
Outside features include parking for one car and one golf cart ( that can effortlessly be rented at Ocean Lakes Golf Cart Units). Guests will need to pay for a daily parking pass of $15 for each car-two car max.. The second car can be effortlessly parked in the overflow parking at the end of the street. There is a wooden deck with bar seating, charcoal grille and heated outdoor shower. Sand toys, beach umbrellas, and corn hole boards are also available for use. Everything you would need for your beach vacation!
The home is located in the Holiday Inn section and is the 13th home from the beach which is comfortably accessible by walking or golf cart. A sizable playground and fishing lake are also a fast walk away.
Ocean Lakes Family Campground ranks in the top 1% of campgrounds in the United States. There are many amenities that are supplied in your stay: The campground features nearly one mile of soft sand leading you right into the exhilarating Atlantic Ocean. There are huge playgrounds, workout stations and outdoor recreation games like volleyball in the sand, shuffleboard or basketball. Get the equipment in the Recreation Office, even rent a bicycle!

Sandy Harbor Family Fun Center is part of a 2 acre recreation complex that includes the pool area with sun decks, a Game Center, our Mini-Golf Course and an indoor/outdoor Cafe. It also includes a water park complete with a mat racer, tube slide, lazy river, an additional kiddie pool and redesigned Splash Zone.

The Camptown Center is in the heart of Ocean Lakes and features the store Sandy Mart, laundromat Sandy’s Soapy Suds and Fluff n’ Fold, Center Stage and Sandy’s Meet n’ Eat.
