The complex is centered around a lush tropical courtyard with a enormous outdoor pool and deck. The deck includes lounge chairs for you to appreciate a day around the pool. Outdoor pool is heated in April and October. There are multiple out door grilles located on each side of complex as well as outside storage for beach chairs, body boards and sand toys. In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to savor. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are conveniently accessible. Condos feature overstocked upgraded kitchen, new SmartTVs, cable tv, high-speed internet, new beds and linens, new furnishings in most rooms, full size washer/dryer. Ample parking is available.
