The Space:
Make great memories at the Bella Rae Oceanfront condo. This condo is one of a kind and located in a private corner of the resort. It is spotless with nice linens, all enchanting furnishings items, AC, QUEEN MATTRESSES, a full-size refrigerator/freezer, and a entirely equipped kitchen because we know you will appreciate that! There is also a Murphy bed and a couch bed for 1 - 6 guests.

In this condo, you will enjoy the vistas of the ocean from your private balcony. You will feel right at home in this one of a kind condo. The condo features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom and striking floors throughout. Appreciate all the amenities the resort has to offer such as; pools, hot tubs, and lazy rivers both indoor and outdoor. There is a game room and an onsite laundry room.

*** Please note that check out time is at 10am. Our condos are typically are turns, meaning when you check out, we usually have another guest checking in. Please make sure you are out at 10am or we will request a late check out fee of $50 per half an hour that you are past the 10am. This does not apply if you have asked for a later check out. If we’re able to accommodate this request, we typically always will. We want all of our guests to enjoy the condo as soon as possible****

You HAVE access to all the pools, hot tubs, lazy river, Arcade room and Gym located on the ocean side of the resort.

Staying at the LandMark Resort gives you simple access to multiple places of interest such as you are only 17 blocks away from the 2nd Ave Fishing Pier and the start of the Boardwalk. The Myrtle Beach International Airport is 2 miles away. Adore to go shopping? Market Commons is 3 miles away or go to Broadway at the Beach which is 4 miles away. The Ripley's Aquarium is also located at Broadway at the Beach.

Getting Around:
Driving a car is most definitely the best way to get around in Myrtle Beach, whether it be your own car, rental or you can take Uber/Lyft.
