Summary:
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located near the Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach. The complex is less than 1/2 mile to the ocean; there are sidewalks guiding you down to the beach. You will savor being in a peaceful area removed from bigger hordes while still mins. away from the ocean, shopping, eateries, attractions and golf courses that the Grandiose Strand has to offer. This is the ideal spot for a family hideaway!

The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in.

Parking: Simple access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, trailers, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: Stairs required. Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Totally outfitted - includes cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans, a Keurig coffee bar, and an air fryer.

Family room: Savor cable TV or streaming services on the huge flat screen TV with surround sound. Access to the enormous screened-in porch.

Bedroom 1: 1 king bed. Flat screen TV.

Bathroom 1: Walk-in tiled shower with glass door.

Bedroom 2: Two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds!

Bathroom 2: Stand up shower.

Screened-in porch: Roomy! Ceiling fans, plenty of seating, and a dining table overlooking the resort.

Pool/hot tubs/amenities: The complex has a heated indoor swimming pool (open year round), indoor hot tub, sauna, outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), sun decks, a grilling area, and a clubhouse - all while being just a short walk to the beach.

Beach: Walk out of the community and turn right, towards the ocean. Walk less than .5 miles (about 5 mins.) down to our handsome beach. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off sand. Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags included but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private in condo.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for any owner's closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the complex (pools/hot tub/sauna/grilling).

Painless access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.

There is a spotlight camera above the main entrance to the unit that covers the entry way of the front porch.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events entirely agree to those terms.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform

Routine Pest Control happens on the second Thursday of every month. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not supplied, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.
