If you're looking for a nice, clean vacation rental, look no further! Check out this 14th floor, interior condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This studio is completely furnished with 1 California king size bed, 1 sleeper couch, and will comfortably accommodate 2-4 guests. This unique layout offers upsized living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! While this unit does not offer a view of the ocean, the living space sure does make up for it! Guests will have access to a private balcony with vistas of the resort and terrace.
As of 2021, this condo has been delightfully refreshed. Some of those updates include new vinyl laminate floor, new baseboards, fresh paint, new king bed and frame, new sleeper couch, and other accents and decor!
In the kitchenette, guests will have access to a modest kitchen sink, cabinet space, plates, cups, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and more. A drink chiller (mini refrigerator) will be supplied to keep food and beverages nice and cold!
The studio features 1 California king size bed, closet and dresser for storage, TV with digital cable, and AC unit. There is also an accent chair, dining table and chairs, and a full bathroom. The couch is queen-size, and actually converts to a sleeper couch. The sleeper couch will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests. Guests will have access to the entire space, including a private balcony with partial pool and terrace vistas.
Just behind the kitchen is where you will find the bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity with sink and upsized counter space, hair dryer, and toilet.
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
This condo is located at the Landmark Resort which is in close proximity to Myrtle Beach's most appreciated attractions, including Family Kingdom (.8 mi), The Boardwalk & Promenade (1 mi), Broadway at the Beach (4 mi) and only 2 miles from the Airport! The Landmark is known for its many pool conveniences options!
We are confident that you are going to appreciate this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest. See you soon!
***Please note: Our guests do not have access to the on site mini-golf course or mini-water park across the street. All food and drink options at the resort are not accessible by Casago Myrtle Beach guests.
While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our prices reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Booking the best vacation property experience:
How to get the best rental home value:
- The sooner you can book, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your rental property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
- To get the largest rental within budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, tours, and activities.
- Some hosts offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
- Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
- Many rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guide magazines which often include special offers, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Narrow your rental Search:
- Select your vacation dates and spending budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Landmark Resort 1420 - Updated King Suite! Perfect for 2-4 people! has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is normally available on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, email the property management company before booking the rental. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull out couches in living rooms. You'll need to work out what bed configuration is right for your vacation family.
- If your family is traveling with pets, search for a pet-friendly property. Request specifics on breed, weight, and type requirements. Usually, property owners charge additional pet fees.
- Does your family require particular amenities? Most rental websites include search filters with amenity lists. Use these filters to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before reserving a rental
Have a wonderful stay:
- Take a copy of the host's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental home. We recommend storing the host's information in your smartphone.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, stereo or thermostat. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent many problems.
- Keep the property locked while you are out! Don't let crooks spoil your vacation.
- Document any damages to the rental upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be beneficial if a dispute arises.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant visitors disrupting your peace. Apply the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and scenic spots you would have not otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually help. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
- When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to make sure you didn't leave anything behind. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
- Did your group have a fantastic stay? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
