This condo is no stranger to Vacation Rental By Owner. Recently under new ownership, it has already received a mini-makeover to elevate the ambiance to light, bright and beachy! You will breathe painless as soon as you step inside. Wherever your eyes may wander, floor to ceiling, you will be delighted with all the upgrades that this condo received under prior ownership, as well as the touches of flair and color that we have added. We have more plans for modest improvements in the near future, but are very excited to place our charming second home on the rental program for you to appreciate.
LIVING ROOM: Let’s start with the brand new sectional couch…it is as comfortable as it is elegant! The uplifting colors contrast elegantly with the rich deep browns of the wood floor and room accents. True to other South Hampton condos, you will notice the mirrored wall, which enables you to see the ocean in its reflection from many angles in the room! Step outside the sliding door onto our very cavernous deck and savor a pretty view of the pristine white sand beach, Apache Pier and all the ocean and sky your eyes can take in. Even the simplest moments, like appreciating your morning drink or an evening snack with a glass of wine, can become special while calming on the cozy teak deck furnishings. If you need a little more than the natural scenery for entertainment, you will enjoy daily complimentary WiFi and cable with HBO on a 50” flat screen HDTV with your rental.
KITCHEN/DINING AREA: Our opulent kitchen features granite floor, accented with striking wooden cabinetry, a tile backsplash and modern, stainless steel appliances (full-size refrigerator with water and ice maker; range with oven, microwave and dishwasher). Cage-style pendant lights with retro Edison bulbs illuminate the deep spectrum of colors in the granite counter tops. Ornate cornices frame your view from the kitchen into the dining and living areas. Don’t be fooled – this kitchen is not just for show! You will find it to be entirely outfitted to prepare and serve your own meals, if you so choose. Add a few other simple amenities, including a Keurig and a 12-cup coffeemaker and you are set! Partake of those meals at the impressive dining table that seats six comfortably.
MASTER BEDROOM/MASTER BATH: The master bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable king bed, a flat screen HDTV and a DVD player. There is a couch, and even a corner desk where you can take a moment to write out those postcards you’ll send to friends and family, telling them what a phenomenal time you’re having! The master has a private deck furnished with a modest table and two chairs. Share private moments together while taking in the natural landscapes of the Atlantic Ocean and Kingston Plantation. Don’t miss seeing the view from the extended Juliet balcony, also only accessible from the master bedroom! Let's go back inside...you haven’t seen everything yet! The master bath features a double sink vanity with a granite counter top, set upon extravagant granite floor. This is in a separate area from the bathroom, accepting multiple people to get ready at the same time. Step into the bathroom and you will be astounded by what you see. Our master bathroom is complete with a jetted tub surrounded by natural stone with a expansive window giving you a gorgeous view of the Plantation! If you prefer to take a shower, you will see that the master bath also has a handsome wall-mounted shower head. This bathroom will transform any everyday bath into your personal spa experience!
GUEST BEDROOM/GUEST BATH: The guest bedroom has two equally comfortable queen beds and a flat screen HDTV. It shares the same deck as the living room, but has its own access. The guest bathroom is both delightful and functional, also boasting granite floor, it has a modern vessel sink vanity with a framed mirror, and a shower/tub combination.
LAUNDRY: While we do not offer daily linen service, we do have a brand new washer and dryer set available right inside the condominium for your personal use!
PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIAL THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT KINGSTON PLANTATION AND HOW THEY RELATE TO Vacation Rental By Owner GUESTS: Kingston Plantation is a 145-acre resort style master planned community. It is really a sight to behold with 23 acres of fresh water lakes, charmingly manicured grounds and mature trees. This community also features a half-mile of white sand photogenic beach, as well as beautiful scenery inside the Plantation! There is no better place to vacation! Kingston has a total of 13 pools on the Plantation. As our Vacation Rental By Owner guest, you will have access to three of them -- the pool at the South Hampton and two other Kingston Plantation Master Association pools (the Beach Club pool located between the North and South Hampton high-rises and the pool located in the Windermere by the Sea community across the street from the Brighton high-rise).
While Vacation Rental By Owner guests do not have access to the Embassy Suites' or Hilton's pools/pool decks, Splash! Waterpark or Lazy River, you will have access to enjoy the eateries and the Embassy Suites' seasonal poolside bar/cafe band.

Myrtle Beach vacation rental booking tips and tricks:
Find your perfect vacation home:
- Summertime is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. Booking a rental in the Spring or Fall is a great way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
- The earlier your group can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your vacation rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
- Some owners offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
- Property management companies often offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for specifics.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine upon checking in. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great information, travel guides contain offers and deals for nearby restaurants, attractions, and tours.
How to select the perfect rental home in Myrtle Beach:
- Select a designated group leader, choose your vacation dates, and select a max budget.
- Decide how many beds and the bed configuration your group requires. Masterfully Upgraded South Hampton Oceanview Penthouse has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is commonly available on booking websites. If not, email or call the property owner before you book your home. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds and bunks.
- If there's a particular Myrtle Beach attraction you love, search for homes that are either nearby, or those that cater to your desires.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
- Some properties allow pets, but some do not. Allowable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask the property manager about pets before booking.
Some things to know before you go:
- Add the property manager's contact info to your phone. Print and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
- To make sure that damages aren't attributed to your visit, inspect the property for any problem areas during arrival. Make contact with the rental manager immediately to document any damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded problems and contact attempts will be useful.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
- Be respectful of your neighbors. Frequently, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules is the right thing to do.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can often help. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
- Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home while you are gone, just like you would at home.
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition.
- Did your group have a terrific vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property manager was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
