Welcome to our OCEANFRONT corner condo at Grande Shores Resort - an oceanfront destination with STUNNING VIEWS of the photogenic South Carolina coastline. The condo has been owned by our family for the past 23 years. Our home away from home has been lovingly maintained and was UPGRADED throughout for the 2017 season and freshly painted at the end of the 2024 season. We employ local housekeeping staff who work hard to make sure your stay will be memorable and comfortable. It's simple to feel at home - take in the expansive ocean vistas in the cozy living room, find everything you need in the modern kitchen, bask in the ocean breeze while you relax on the balcony, and let your cares melt away as you sleep on deluxe comfortable beds. • Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the check-in date will receive 100% refund
• Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund
• If Owner is able to re-rent the cancelled dates, further refund consideration (above the 50% refunded) will be given
• There is no charge for cancelling a reservation, however if a credit card was used for payment, there may be processing costs of 3% incurred with cancellations
• Refunds are typically in full due to high demand, but this is not guaranteed
• TRIP INSURANCE available through HomeAway or other online sources is suggested for full protection of your vacation investment
