Visitors can park their cars at the Tower and enjoy a vacation without using their car again. In addition to all these amenities inside and out, remember the Breakers Paradise Tower is in a jewel-like oceanfront setting that will excite and delight you, and provide a vacation experience that won't be soon forgotten.

- Animals: NO FAMILY PETS are allowed at the home or in the home!

- Events/Generous groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each nighttime. Extensive events or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
