Elegantly appointed, our 2 bedroom home offers space for the entire family and welcomes you with a unique open floor plan and ample room for everybody to spread out and savor themselves. The upgraded kitchen is entirely supplied, and a dining area compliments the space. Our living room has a striking ocean view and features comfortable seating for calming after a long day at the beach. The bedrooms offer a peaceful getaway and feature a king bed in the primary and two queen beds in the second bedroom. Our premium ocean view villa at Brighton Tower features impressive vistas of the ocean and pier! The Brighton Tower Pool is a gorgeous pool with sun loungers your family and friends will be sure to enjoy. There is also direct beach access to have your toes in the sand in seconds.
Additionally, guests can use Beach Pool on the oceanfront between North Hampton and South Hampton, as well as the St. James Pool, all conveniently located in Kingston Plantation! The famed Apache Pier offers an oceanfront seafood restaurant for some authentic Calabash seafood, and Ocean Annie`s is just a short walk further down the beach and offers live music on the oceanfront deck in season.

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we bringing your own hot spot.
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

With a location that cannot be beat, our home is in the heart of all there is to do on the Grandiose Strand! Luxury meets fun here, and memories are made to last a lifetime at our roomy villa, which features stunning vistas of the ocean from our 15th floor “perch in heaven” private balcony.
Kingston Plantation is centrally located right where North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach meet - accepting you to enjoy the best of both towns while still having the tranquility and privacy of an oceanfront getaway. While the splendid Atlantic ocean and famed Apache Pier are enough to keep you occupied, there are also hundreds (literally) of stores and eateries close by to discover and dozens of entertainment options. These include House of Blues, Tanger Outlets, the stores at Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Myrtle Beach Mall and Bass Pro Stores, Carolina Opry, Pirate`s Voyage, Greg Norman`s Australian Grille, the world famed Ocean Annie`s Beach Bar, about a dozen golf courses just to name a few... and all within a 5 min. drive from the condo! - Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- To find the largest vacation home within budget, we recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Property management companies often offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.

- Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
