Charmingly appointed, our 2 bedroom home offers space for the entire family and welcomes you with a unique open floor plan and ample room for everybody to spread out and savor themselves. The upgraded kitchen is completely supplied, and a dining area compliments the space. Our living room has a striking ocean view and features comfortable seating for calming after a long day at the beach. Appreciate your favorite shows on our flat screen TVs in both the living room and both bedrooms. After a great day at the beach, appreciate an ice cold drink on your private balcony as the sun goes down, a favorite past time that is sure to bring a smile to your face.

The bedrooms offer a peaceful getaway and feature a king bed in the primary and two queen beds in the second bedroom. There is also a sleeper couch in the living room for additional sleeping options for your event. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience as well. Welcome to Heaven! Our premium ocean view villa at Brighton Tower features extraordinary vistas of the ocean and pier! The Brighton Tower Pool is a elegant pool with sun loungers your family and friends will be sure to enjoy. There is also direct beach access to have your toes in the sand in seconds.  

Additionally, guests can use Beach Pool on the oceanfront between North Hampton and South Hampton, as well as the St. James Pool, all conveniently located in Kingston Plantation! The famed Apache Pier offers an oceanfront seafood restaurant for some authentic Calabash seafood, and Ocean Annie`s is just a short walk further down the beach and offers live music on the oceanfront deck in season.

-Electric cars can be charged at the Embassy Suites located in this resort (charging fee applies). There is 1 Tesla and 1 standard station.
-Motorcycles can park complimentary in designated parking near the entrance. Trailers can park for $25/per day near the guard gate in a designated lot - fee is paid by credit card at automated machine.
-Non-smoking Property
-Pool closes in the winter at HOA's discretion, normally between November 1st-April 1st
-No Animals Accepted
-Splashpark is not available for our guests
-Check in information will arrive 3 days before check in
-This unit is located on the 15th floor
-No use of the exercise center allowed. MegaFitness is located down the road.
-Units one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

-Brighton guests have access to 3 pools: The Brighton pool, located in the footprint of the building; The oceanfront pool, located between North & South Hampton; The pool located right near St. James Park.

-Two parking passes included, no additional passes will be allowed.
-Keurig and drip coffee makers supplied in unit.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.
*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.
*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

With a location that cannot be beat, our home is in the heart of all there is to do on the Grandiose Strand! Luxury meets fun here, and memories are made to last a lifetime at our cavernous villa, which features impressive vistas of the ocean from our 15th floor “perch in heaven” private balcony.

Kingston Plantation is centrally located right where North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach meet - accepting you to enjoy the best of both towns while still having the tranquility and privacy of an oceanfront getaway. While the handsome Atlantic ocean and famed Apache Pier are enough to keep you occupied, there are also hundreds (literally) of stores and eateries close by to discover and dozens of entertainment options. These include House of Blues, Tanger Outlets, the stores at Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Myrtle Beach Mall and Bass Pro Stores, Carolina Opry, Pirate`s Voyage, Greg Norman`s Australian Grille, the world famed Ocean Annie`s Beach Bar, about a dozen golf courses just to name a few... and all within a 5 min. drive from the condo! If you need suggestions on where to go, what to do, or where to dine, let us know - we`ll be happy to give you recommendations on some local favorites!

House Rules

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an additional nighttime to your stay if needed.
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.
7. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
