Gorgeously appointed, our 2 bedroom home offers space for the entire family and welcomes you with a unique open floor plan and ample room for everybody to spread out and savor themselves. The upgraded kitchen is entirely supplied, and a dining area compliments the space. Our living room has a gorgeous ocean view and features comfortable seating for calming after a long day at the beach. Appreciate your favorite shows on our flat screen TVs in both the living room and both bedrooms. After a great day at the beach, appreciate an ice cold drink on your private balcony as the sun goes down, a favorite past time that is sure to bring a smile to your face.

The bedrooms offer a peaceful getaway and feature a king bed in the primary and two queen beds in the second bedroom. There is also a sleeper couch in the living room for additional sleeping options for your event. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience as well. Welcome to Heaven! Our premium ocean view villa at Brighton Tower features spectacular vistas of the ocean and pier! The Brighton Tower Pool is a charming pool with sun loungers your family and friends will be sure to enjoy. There is also direct beach access to have your toes in the sand in seconds.  

Additionally, guests can use Beach Pool on the oceanfront between North Hampton and South Hampton, as well as the St. James Pool, all conveniently located in Kingston Plantation! The famed Apache Pier offers an oceanfront seafood restaurant for some authentic Calabash seafood, and Ocean Annie`s is just a short walk further down the beach and offers live music on the oceanfront deck in season.

Free parking at the resort! Electric cars can be charged at the Embassy Suites located in this resort (charging fee applies). There is 1 Tesla and 1 standard station.
-Motorcycles can park complimentary in designated parking near the entrance. Trailers can park for $25/per day near the guard gate in a designated lot - fee is paid by credit card at automated machine.

-Brighton guests have access to 3 pools: The Brighton pool, located in the footprint of the building; The oceanfront pool, located between North & South Hampton; The pool located right near St. James Park.
-Washer/dryer located within the unit.
-Two parking passes supplied, no additional passes will be allowed.
-Motorcycles can park in designated parking near the entrance.
-Trailers can park for $25/per day near the guard gate in a designated lot.
-Keurig and drip coffee makers supplied in unit.

Policies:
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we bringing your own hot spot.
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.
-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

With a location that cannot be beat, our home is in the heart of all there is to do on the Grandiose Strand! Luxury meets fun here, and memories are made to last a lifetime at our roomy villa, which features handsome vistas of the ocean from our 15th floor “perch in heaven” private balcony.

Kingston Plantation is centrally located right where North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach meet - accepting you to enjoy the best of both towns while still having the tranquility and privacy of an oceanfront getaway. While the impressive Atlantic ocean and famed Apache Pier are enough to keep you occupied, there are also hundreds (literally) of stores and eateries close by to discover and dozens of entertainment options. These include House of Blues, Tanger Outlets, the stores at Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Myrtle Beach Mall and Bass Pro Stores, Carolina Opry, Pirate`s Voyage, Greg Norman`s Australian Grille, the world famed Ocean Annie`s Beach Bar, about a dozen golf courses just to name a few... and all within a 5 min. drive from the condo! If you need suggestions on where to go, what to do, or where to dine, let us know - we`ll be happy to give you recommendations on some local favorites!

House Rules

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an additional nighttime to your stay if needed.


1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.
