Ditch the tired 80's condo you are used to and spend your vacation in style in this attractively refreshed and modern 1300 sf. property with private garage parking for 2 full cars underneath. Better yet, rent a gas powered golf cart for your stay and literally go everywhere in it all week long. Located between 12th and 13th Avenues South, you will be in ideal position to check out the brand new Surfside Pier with all of the delicious eateries around it close by. Or, if you are in the mood for something a little more high brow, pack up the family and head for the Murrells Inlet Marsh walk.
The Space:
Located all on one level on the second floor, there are 2 private entrances to this 3 bed/2.5 bath condo. As you enter through the main door, you will be swept into the open plan and very cavernous living/kitchen/dining space with seating at the table for a comfortable 6 and 4 additional bar stools at the kitchen peninsula. Speaking of the kitchen, its completely outfitted with all modern appliances, granite and stone counter tops and plenty of space to store your provisions. There is a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds as well as an additional roll out cot if ever needed. Next door is bedroom #2 with a King bed and twin day bed and a private half bath located inside this room. Just adjacent to these 2 bedrooms is a huge hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Located right off the living room is the giant Master Suite with a private En Suite bathroom with sizable shower and double vanities! The suite contains a king bed, nice sized closet and 40" flat screen tv and has ocean vistas from bed.
Guest Access:
The entire home will be your heaven!
The Neighborhood:
Between 12th and 13th Avenues South in Surfside, you are in a ideal position not only because you are right on the ocean, but because you can be at amazing eateries as well as shopping within 5-10 mins..
Getting Around:
Getting around in Surfside Beach is relatively painless by either car or golf cart. Most of the other condos in this community don't have a full 2 car garage and thus can't really fit a gas powered golf cart in their garages, but this one will. Feel complimentary to rent one for your stay and you can have it delivered. Ask us about this and we can make recommendations!
Other Things to Note:
We will provide starter paper supplies along with linens and hand and bath towels and wash cloths with the cleaning fee. We recommend bringing beach towels and either bringing or renting beach chairs and umbrellas locally for your stay. Let us know if you need any recommendations for vendors on this.

Our top Myrtle Beach vacation rental tips:
When to book a Myrtle Beach rental & When to go:
- The sooner you can book, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
- Summer is high season in Myrtle Beach. Booking a rental in the Spring or Fall is an excellent way to save on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
- Booking websites typically offer guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
- Many rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides which will include special deals, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Narrow your Search:
- Start by selecting vacation dates and a max budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the bed configuration your family needs. Steps 2 Ocean Garage Incredible View (By Beach Star) has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is regularly accessible on booking websites. Otherwise, call the property owner before you book the vacation property. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds and bunks. You'll need to determine what bed configuration is optimal for your vacation.
- If your group is vacationing with pets, you must book a pet-friendly property. Ask for specifics on breed, size, and type requirements. Some property managers charge additional pet fees.
- Looking for special amenities? Most rental websites include amenity lists and search filters. Use these to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available before reserving a rental
More tips for your visit:
- Take a copy of the owner's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental. We recommend storing the manager's contact information in your smartphone.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, stereo or kitchen appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents lots of problems.
- Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are out, just like you would at home.
- Upon arrival, make note of any damages to the property and immediately alert the host. Keep records of all coorespondence.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay more pleasurable. You'll magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a terrific resource to find the best local beaches and hangouts.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Re-check the property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition.
- Did your family have a excellent time? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
